National Lifeguard Pool Recertification

Service Description

The National Lifeguard Recertification is a one day course intended to ensure that your lifeguarding skills and knowledge are up to date. We will be doing a variety of situations and physical standards to test your abilities. The National Lifeguard recertification must be done every 2 years. All participants will be required to sign a waiver before the course begins (or have a parent or guardian sign it if the candidate is under the age of 18). Prerequisites: National Lifeguard. Proof of prerequisites must be received before the first day of the course and can be sent to info@ottawalifesavingcourses.com. Course delivery method: 7 hours in pool. 100% attendance is required to pass. Stuff to Bring: whistle, towel, bathing suit, pen and paper, snacks
